With a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Mercer University (1981), Joe is a Doctor of Pharmacy licensed in Tennessee. He's a Fellow of the American College of Veterinary Pharmacists and American College of Apothecaries. He owned three community pharmacies (1986-2010), managing over fifty employees. Currently, he leads Medical Center Compounding Pharmacy & Health Center, focusing on pharmaceutical care and services.
